The Shanghai Pudong International Airport Phase IV Expansion Project (T3 Terminal Area) is supported by an engineering system that includes an airfield, cargo area, integrated transportation hub, and municipal facilities. The project has a total gross floor area of 852,600 square meters, a designed annual passenger throughput of 50 million, and features 101 aircraft stands. Upon completion, Pudong Airport will comprehensively strengthen Shanghai’s core position as an international aviation hub.
APG is providing professional BIM MEP detailed design services for the T3 Terminal Area of Pudong Airport. Leveraging the core advantages of BIM technology and strictly adhering to civil aviation industry standards, APG ensures the precise implementation and efficient operation and maintenance (O&M) of MEP systems within the baggage area. This effort will ultimately create a set of as-built digital assets to be handed over to O&M units, providing a foundational 3D model data set.
